The services designed to accompany the creative process as it unfolds during production, deliver the greatest value when I can work in sync with it, offering creative and strategic support in real time or with minimal delay. Whenever possible, this is best achieved by working within the same time zone as the production itself.
A performer does not only interpret a role.

Performance Field Support is for actors, performers, speakers, singers, storytellers, and creatives who want to meet their work with more clarity, coherence, and grounded presence.
This is not acting coaching.
It is not therapy.
It is not a replacement for rehearsal, direction, training, or clinical support.
It is a focused space where the invisible architecture around performance can be listened to, translated, and recalibrated.

This support is for you if you are preparing for an audition, self-tape, callback, rehearsal, performance, shoot, presentation, role, or creative project.
It may also support you if you are feeling blocked around visibility, expression, voice, body, confidence, presence, emotional access, or creative momentum.
You may come with a specific script, role, scene, audition, or performance moment — or simply with the feeling that something in your creative field needs attention, clarity, or release.
HOW I WORK
I bring together my background as an actress, filmmaker, singer, writer, and energetic practitioner.
My work listens beneath the surface of performance: to the body, the breath, the role, the rhythm, the emotional field, and the subtle architecture of creative expression.
Together, we may work with role preparation, emotional residue after intense material, audition or self-tape support, visibility, performance anxiety, voice, body, breath, creative blocks, and the process of returning to your own field after carrying a role, story, or production energy.

A focused session when there is a specific call to action in front of you: an audition, self-tape, callback, meeting, presentation, performance, rehearsal, or moment of visibility.
We do not unpack the whole creative pattern. We work with what is present now, so you can steady your nervous system, clarify your presence, reconnect with your body, and enter the moment with more coherence.

Performance Field Session
For the deeper pattern.
A full session for actors, performers, and creatives who want to explore what is moving beneath a block, role, threshold, visibility issue, creative pattern, or performance-related question.
You do not need to bring a script or an urgent deadline. We work with the wider field of your creative process.

Script / Role Session
A deeper session for working with a specific script, scene, character, audition, role, or creative material.
We look at what the material is asking of you, where the body or field contracts, what wants to come alive, and how to support a truthful, embodied relationship with the work.

For actors, performers, or creatives working with a role, production, rehearsal process, or emotionally charged creative material over time.
This package supports preparation, embodiment, emotional processing, integration, and release — helping you stay connected to yourself while entering and exiting the world of the role or project.

Ongoing Creative Support
For actors, performers, writers, directors, speakers, and creatives who want ongoing support through rehearsals, auditions, production phases, creative development, visibility work, or professional transition.
This container is shaped around your needs and may include performance preparation, integration, script or role support, creative decisions, emotional processing, nervous system steadiness, and energetic recalibration.
From £520* per month
Please note: Monthly support includes agreed session time only. Additional calls, written notes, preparation, research, travel, production meetings, or between-session support can be added by agreement and are billed separately.
On-Set / Rehearsal / Bespoke Support
In-person support for productions, rehearsals, shoots, performances, or creative processes where a grounded, attuned presence is needed.
This may include performer support, role integration, emotional decompression, energetic holding, presence work, creative field awareness, or integration work around intense material.
Creative Team & On-Set Dynamics Mapping
For productions or creative collaborations involving layered working dynamics, this bespoke support can include relational and collaboration mapping between key people.
We look at communication patterns, role-based pressure, points of strength, potential friction, and the practical conditions that help each person work at their best, both in person and on set.
Where useful, this process may include archetypal, relational, or symbolic mapping to reveal hidden dynamics and support clearer collaboration.

This work does not replace acting training, direction, therapy, medical support, or clinical care.
It is a complementary creative and energetic support space for performers and creatives who want to work with the whole instrument: body, voice, emotion, imagination, nervous system, intuition, and field.
