For actors, models, performers, public-facing roles and creatives

Energetic, creative and embodied support for people whose work involves visibility, presence and expression.

In performance and public-facing work, what you do and the way you bring yourself to it are deeply intertwined.

Confidence, identity, body, voice, emotional state, professional relationships and creative choices can all influence the work, and a shift in one area can affect the whole.

A self-tape may touch confidence.
A role may activate something personal.
A professional transition may raise questions around identity or visibility.
An interaction with an agent, director or collaborator may require clarity and emotional steadiness.

Performance Field Support works with that wider picture, helping you understand what is happening, restore coherence and meet the next professional moment with greater clarity and presence.

For work unfolding during rehearsals, productions or active professional periods, support is most effective when it can flow alongside the process itself, in real time or with minimal delay. Whenever possible, working within the same time zone as the production helps create the best conditions for this.

HOW I WORK

I do not work from a fixed formula.

We begin with a simple question: What is happening?

And from there, I look at the situation as a whole and work with what is actually relevant.

Depending on what is needed, our work may involve:

creative and professional decision-making
intuitive reflection and situational reading

emotional and nervous-system regulation
body, breath and embodied presence
creative blocks and performance thresholds
preparation for auditions, castings, shoots, shows or public appearances
exploring how a script, role, scene or self-tape is being experienced and embodied
reviewing creative material from the perspective of presence, coherence and expression
preparing yourself for conversations or interactions with agents, directors and collaborators
reflecting on the tone, timing and clarity of professional communication
thinking through presentation choices when they affect how you feel, enter or meet a particular professional context
integration after demanding, emotionally charged or highly visible work

I may move between strategic reflection, coaching, teaching, intuitive work, creative analysis and energetic support according to what the situation requires.

My role is to support your own clarity, preparation and decision-making.

The aim remains the same: restore clarity and coherence so that you can meet the next moment from a stronger, more grounded position.

I do not replace or act on behalf of an acting coach, agent, manager, publicist, stylist or other member of your professional team.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Remote sessions are held online. In-person and production-based support is available by agreement and quoted separately where needed.

PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT SUPPORT

For what is happening in you, around you, or in the professional situation, without working directly on the material itself.

Focused session

For a specific, time-sensitive need when support is needed quickly. The shorter format makes it easier to fit around auditions, castings, meetings, rehearsals, shows or other immediate professional moments.

Full session
For something that needs and allows more time for exploration, regulation, integration or deeper work.

Duration: 90'

SCRIPT, ROLE & PERFORMANCE SESSION

For when we are working directly with the material, performance or professional moment itself.

Bring whatever you are working with: a script, scene, role, self-tape, runway sequence, garment or look, speech, presentation, performance footage, staging, movement pathway or other relevant material.

We may review, rehearse, explore choices, look at how the material is being experienced and embodied, or work with whatever is affecting clarity, presence, expression or coherence in the moment.

My role is not to replace an acting coach, stylist or other specialist supporting the work, but to help you meet the material or performance with greater awareness, groundedness and clarity.

Because the amount and complexity of material can vary, the session length is shaped around what you bring:

PRIVATE PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP

For periods when the work does not fit neatly into scheduled appointments.

Professional life does not always unfold once a week at a convenient time.

A script arrives. A self-tape or performance needs reviewing. An interaction needs thinking through. Something personal begins affecting confidence or visibility. A creative or professional decision needs clarity. A casting, shoot, show or public appearance requires preparation.

And sometimes you simply need to speak with someone who already understands the wider context, rather than beginning from zero every time.

Private Performance Partnership offers that continuity.

THE SUPPORT MOVES WITH THE WORK

This is not a package of predetermined weekly sessions. It is a flexible professional container designed to respond to what is actually happening.

HOW TIME IS USED

Your monthly allocation of up to 8 hours can be used flexibly according to what is happening at the time.

Active professional work may include calls, substantive WhatsApp or voice-note exchanges, script or self-tape review, watching performance material, rehearsal, analysis, coaching, teaching, professional decision-making, preparation around interactions, intuitive reflection, emotional regulation, and focused energetic support arising naturally within the process.

Only active professional work is deducted from your allocation. Simple scheduling, confirmations and brief administrative communication are not counted.

Usage is tracked throughout the month, and I will let you know when approximately 75% of your allocation has been used.

ADDITIONAL CAPACITY

Additional professional support is available, subject to availability, at £175 per hour, agreed and paid in advance.

If your work regularly requires significantly more than eight hours per month, a higher-capacity Partnership can be created around the requirements of your project or professional period.

Availability

Private Performance Partnership provides priority access, continuity and reserved professional capacity. It does not provide unrestricted 24-hour availability.

Working hours, expected response rhythms and particularly time-sensitive periods are agreed at the beginning of the engagement.

Monthly Partnerships are paid in advance.

Dedicated Healing Work

Brief energetic or regulatory interventions that arise naturally within the Partnership may form part of the ongoing support.

Dedicated Repatterning / Soul Detective / Arcani Matrix or other specific treatments remain separate services and are booked and billed independently.

ON-SET / REHEARSAL / BESPOKE SUPPORT

For when support is needed inside the working environment itself.

In-person support for rehearsals, shoots, performances, fashion shows, public appearances and other creative or professional settings where continuity, regulation, clarity and an attuned presence can make a meaningful difference.

Depending on the context, this may include preparation before the work begins, support during demanding or highly visible moments, emotional and nervous-system regulation, role or performance integration, creative reflection, and decompression or integration afterwards.

My role is different from directing, managing or replacing the professionals already responsible for the production. I work alongside the existing team, supporting the performer or creative in staying grounded, responsive and connected to themselves within the demands of the environment.

Because every production and professional setting has different requirements, this work is scoped individually.

Additional preparation, travel, accommodation, extended hours and production-specific requirements are quoted separately by agreement.

CREATIVE TEAM & DYNAMICS MAPPING

For productions, creative teams and collaborations where the human system around the work needs to be understood more clearly.

Creative work does not happen in isolation. The quality of the process can be deeply affected by communication styles, role pressure, relational dynamics, unspoken expectations, individual working patterns and the way different people respond under stress.

This work looks at the wider human system around a production, project or collaboration.

Depending on the situation, the mapping may explore:

communication patterns
individual working styles and needs
role-based pressure and responsibility
areas of strength and natural compatibility
potential friction or recurring misunderstandings
relational dynamics between key people
pressure points within the creative process
conditions that help each person work at their best
patterns affecting trust, collaboration, decision-making or creative flow

Where useful, I may also include intuitive, relational, archetypal or symbolic mapping to help illuminate dynamics that are difficult to see from inside the system.

The aim of this service is to support a more effective and harmonious working environment by bringing greater clarity to the relationships and dynamics that shape it — creating better conditions for collaboration, creativity and productivity.

This work can be carried out remotely or in person but the relevant information, context and material need to be gathered in advance in both of the scenarios.

In-person work allows for a different level of observation and may be particularly useful during rehearsals, productions, team meetings or periods of active collaboration.

Price and Duration: because the scope can vary considerably, from mapping a small creative partnership to working with a wider production team, this service is quoted individually.

A FINAL NOTE ON THE NATURE OF THIS WORK

The support offered and described on this page is complementary creative and energetic support.

It does not replace acting training, direction, psychotherapy, medical treatment or clinical care.

The work considers the person as a whole: body, voice, emotion, imagination, nervous system, imagination and energetic state - and how these may interact with creative expression, professional presence and the situation at hand.
